Mr. Tule is the current president (2023/24) of Sahakarmi Samaj. He holds a Master’s degree in Education and has long experience in community empowerment and organisational development. He has expertise in GESI (Gender Equality and Social Inclusion) and Disability related issues. He has been affiliated with Sahakarmi Samaj since 1998 as he served the organization in different positions as Community Educator, Senior Community Educator, project team leader, etc before assuming the portfolio. He was also one of the team members in the governance program funded by SHEP Ireland.
