COVID ACT ALLIANCE NARRATIVE REPORT 2022

Amidst COVID 19 pandemic, the project has been successfully being implemented by all the partners of the requesting members. The third wave of COVID-19 in Nepal led by the "Omicron" variant became the main challenge for smooth implementations of the planned activities on timeline. The first case of Omicron variant in Nepal was recorded on 6th December 2021 and the government enforced preventive measures including strict enforcement of the COVID safety measures including closure of schools and government offices.

COSELI 2 ANNUAL NARRATIVE REPORT 2022

The project has identified vulnerable and disadvantaged groups in the community of Bajura and has helped to form community development groups with the majority of these people. The inclusion of these people in group formation has helped to increase their strength and interest of them in community development activities. The different project activities conducted in the preliminary phase have helped to identify the economic, social, and cultural behaviors of community people in detail. This will in attaining the project objective effectively and efficiently.

CAPFS ANNUAL NARRATIVE REPORT 2022

In accordance with the agreement on project funding, each partner organisation is required to submit intermediary and an annual project report to Fastenopfer. The report should describe achievements as well as difficulties encountered and lessons learned. Fastenopfer recommends a length of 10-14 pages, with the description of the project implementation taking up the major part.
